Devil w/ the red dress on.

I am so proud of this find, that I will mention it one more time, then let it go. I was desperately seeking something to wear to Victor's cocktail party. I had a very small allowance. I thought that I would just dig something out of the closet. I had searched every store and nothing was in my price range until BAM. Walked into Target and see this eyesore red dress for 20 bucks. Out of curiosity, I tried it on and it was love. This is the picture of the dress.

Dang awesome.

My boyfriend sent me the info on this company. They make Tshirts with catchy phrases that all involve the word dang. Such as: dang cowgirl, dang housewife, dang arita, dang happy, dang freedom. This goes on and on. I really like the company and they are have their products here in Atlanta at fab'rik!

My friend Stewart likes to get around. He has traveled for quite some time now and I believe that he has seen more than I will see in a lifetime. Here he is at his best friend's wedding. I thought it was an amazing picture. The colors really caught my eye.

Caring Bridge

Caring Bridge is a website that follows and documents the progress of patients. Mostly those with cancer or other serious health events. I followed Caring Bridge daily when my friend Melissa was being treated in Houston. Since her family,as well as me, were located in Atlanta, we could visit the website daily to see photographs or information on daily events. This is a free website and I plan to donate the money from my first fundraiser to Caring Bridge. My friend Gwen is a trainer for the young lady above. She has been working with her for quite some time and they have made significant progress. They discovered that Madison had a tumor in 2007, today she is cancer free.

Dita Von Teese

I love Dita Von Teese. I know she is a wild and naughty woman, but when she dresses like a lady she amazes me everytime. She reminds me of a modern day Marilyn Monroe. She is not a size zero, she has curves. You do not see that as much these days. I can forgive her for hooking up with that freak of nature (Marilyn Manson) and for dancing around naked if she can just show up on a red carpet in one of her amazing dresses with her perfect hair. Do what you do girl!

Twila MoonDream

Twila is my brain child. She came about during one of my morning walks with crazy dog. Twila is an acronym for The Women's Interests Likely Align. I wanted to have a facebook page where women could come to discuss food, wine, coffee, babies, hobbies, art, etc. I would eventually like to create an organization where we can raise money for various causes. I have many plans for Twila and I hope everyone jumps on board to bring new ideas and share Twila with your girlfriends.

The Village Corner German Bakery

You can find the greatest food in the most unexpected places. This restaurant in located In Stone Mountain. They make their own baked goods including homemade bread. They also have a fantastic dinner menu with great presentation.
