Patsy Cline.

I was cleaning this morning and I opened my wooden chest to store a few things when I ran across my Patsy Cline CD. I have alot of memories connected to her music. Almost every time my Nanny and I would ride in the car, we would blast Patsy Cline and sing loudly like we really had some talent. I popped the CD in the player and sang out loud while I did my house chores. It took me right back to that Lincoln Towncar and I was singing "Walking After Midnight" way off key. It was moment, so I really didn't care. Fortunately for my better half, he was asleep!

  1. Gotta love Patsy! :) I love Frank Sanatra too, when I listen to him, I feel like I am back in the 40's and 50's. Especially, the song, "I won't Dance". Makes me feel like a lady! :)

  2. She was one of the many magical elements that made up the decade 55-65. You just had to be there, there never was before nor will there ever again be that kind of indescribable optimism and carefree freedom.
