EASY caramel.

2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
Remove labels from cans. Submerge in water in crock pot. Place on low setting. Wait 8 hours and BAM!

  1. I would totally forget I was making anything if I had to let it sit for 8 hrs!! I made some caramel today. Or maybe it was toffee. Not sure. Either way, I made it as part of a recipe for Chocolate Covered Matzoh. So yummy. A friend passed it on to me. The stuff is like crack. Here is the recipe:
